CREATIVE WORKSHOPS
I run creative workshops for a variety of organisations and have conducted group art projects in London schools and colleges. I've written and presented projects for Dulwich Picture Gallery, The October Gallery, Mind in Camden, The Richmond Fellowship and UCLH Macmillan cancer centre as well as two North London Homeless organisations.
Below are examples of some different workshop activities. Emphasis is placed on inclusion, enjoyment and freeing the imagination. Although working with strong concepts and using particular (and often non-traditional) materials, I aim to encourage shared creative exploration, and attempt to keep an open-ended approach to the sessions and group creations.
All artworks were created by service users and students. Further examples and updates of workshop projects can be seen at https://www.instagram.com/tomhoganartworks/
